Browns Park Recreation Area

Hosted by Bureau of Land Management

New listing

Originally called Brown's Hole, this is a remote valley along the Green River. Known as a haven for outlaws such as Butch Cassidy during the late 19th century, it is now the location of many scenic and recreational opportunities. Full of history and adventure, the area features the John Jarvie Historic Ranch, several campgrounds, sections of the Green River to float, equestrian and OHV trails, and excellent fly fishing.
