Chippewa River State Trail is one of Wisconsin's state trails. The DNR maps 30.3 miles of trail across 7 segments in Dunn, Eau Claire and Pepin counties. Uses allowed on at least one segment include hiking and walking, bicycle touring, off-road cycling, and inline skating. Segment surfaces include asphalt, asphalt emulsion and sidewalk. It is a rail trail. A state trail pass is required on part of it. Segments are managed by the Wisconsin DNR. Established in 1990. Mapped by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, Bureau of Parks & Recreation Management.
