Fouts has 11 tables, 11 stoves, 1 accessible toilet, trailer space up to a 50 foot maximum, and 1 dumpster. General vegetation in the area is brush and gray pine trees. The Forest Service, in cooperation with the State of California Off-Highway Vehicle Fund (Green Sticker), has developed roads, trails and facilities for the OHV user, and Forest Service roads open to off-highway vehicles are considered public roads. All vehicles, including motorcycles, must be registered and carry a current Green or Red Sticker or highway license. Motorcycle riders must wear a safety helmet meeting US Department of Transportation standards, vehicles must be equipped with a properly installed Forest Service approved spark arrester in good working condition, and motorcycles and ATVs must meet the state sound requirement of 96 dba or lower. Unlicensed juveniles operating motorcycles and ATVs must be under the supervision of a licensed adult. Bathhouse Trailhead is located less than a mile from the Fouts Springs OHV area and connects to the Deafy Glade trail, Dixie Glade Equestrian Campground, Summit Springs trail, and the rest of Snow Mountain Wilderness.
