New listing

Nestled among the pine trees in the middle of Cape Cod National Seashore, the Le Count Beach House is the perfect spot for your family vacation. Located in Wellfleet, this recently renovated two-bedroom, one-bathroom home sleeps six. It is a short walk to Le Count beach, one of the best beaches on Cape Cod, and minutes from historic Wellfleet downtown. The house has WiFi. Beds include one queen and two twins. Pillows, blankets, and fans are included; bedsheets and towels are not provided. There is a washer and dryer, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, range, coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher, pots and pans, eating utensils, and plates. A large covered patio has a BBQ grill and furnishings, and there is a flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player. Limited heat is available. Pets are not allowed. The house is ideally situated between Le Count Beach and the town of Wellfleet: enjoy a morning at the beach, then top it off exploring the book stores and restaurants of the historic village. Explore beyond the beach and you will find the seashore is much more, with miles of walking and biking trails through pine forests, across sandy dunes, and alongside freshwater ponds, and lighthouses you can climb for a piece of maritime history. For the wildlife lover, there are opportunities to spot over 450 species of amphibians, reptiles, fish, birds, and mammals that make the seashore their home. The great Outer Beach described by Thoreau in the 1800s is protected within Cape Cod National Seashore. Forty miles of pristine sandy beach, marshes, ponds, and uplands support diverse species, and lighthouses, cultural landscapes, and wild cranberry bogs offer a glimpse of Cape Cod's past and continuing ways of life. Beyond the seashore, the Cape offers paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, and surfing, along with whale and seal watching. It is also a cultural destination, with hundreds of arts and cultural venues from the canal to the tip of the cape, museums inspired by the Cape's nautical heritage, local towns for shopping, and over 25 local theaters.
