Lower Wolf Creek Campground

Located on the banks of Wolf Creek, this boulder-strewn campground was constructed by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the late 1930s. Arizona walnut and live oaks are interspersed among the ponderosa pines. There are 20 campsites with picnic tables and fire rings with grills, plus vault toilets and garbage service. There is no drinking water.
