Military Ridge State Trail

Military Ridge State Trail is one of Wisconsin's state trails. The DNR maps 40.1 miles of trail across 3 segments in Dane and Iowa counties. Uses allowed on at least one segment include hiking and walking, bicycle touring, off-road cycling, and inline skating. Segment surfaces include asphalt and crushed stone. It is a rail trail. A state trail pass is required. Segments are managed by the Wisconsin DNR. Established in 1981. Mapped by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, Bureau of Parks & Recreation Management.
