Rance Johnson Picnic Shelter

Rance Johnson Picnic Shelter is located on the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway in Fulton, Mississippi. The shelter is equipped with 8 picnic tables and 4 grills, and sits at the Beaver Lake Boat Ramp, which has a 2-lane boat ramp, a courtesy dock and a restroom. Picnicking, fishing and boating are the draws. The Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway extends 234 miles from the Tennessee River to the junction of the Tombigbee River in Alabama. The man-made waterway connects the nation's midsection of commercial water transportation with the Gulf of Mexico, and is the largest earth moving project in the history of the world. The Tenn-Tom Waterway has 180,000 acres of public land waiting for you to explore. This location is unstaffed. Nearby are the Jamie L.
