New listing
Trout Creek Campground is located off Interstate 90, just 60 minutes west of Missoula, Montana and 10 minutes southeast of Superior. The campground sits by the Trout Creek stream and is shaded and quiet, with a large picnic area. The graveled campground has 12 sites, which are back-in only and can accommodate RVs 27 to 35 feet in length depending on the site. Each site has a parking space, picnic table and fire ring. There are vault toilets and trash services, but no water available and no camp host. The campground is in close proximity to Heart Lake, HooDoo Lake and the trail system off the state line. It resides in the valley bottom with Trout Creek running next to it, flat and easily accessible from Interstate 90. Missoula is 60 miles to the east, Superior 7 miles to the west and St. Regis 20 miles to the west; the Route of the Hiawatha Trail is 50 miles to the west, the Lookout Ski Area in Idaho 54 miles to the west, and Alberton Gorge 21 miles to the east.
