Reddington — 2017 Jayco Greyhawk bunkhouse motorhome

A Class C bunkhouse: thirty-two feet, two slide-outs and berths for ten, which is a lot of family in something you can still drive on an ordinary licence

Bringing a pet
Pets are welcome with prior approval — tell us what you're bringing when you request your dates, since some pets mean extra linens and a different setup. Pet fee: $10 per day for the first pet, $5 per day for each additional pet. Please bring old sheets to lay over the beds, couch and dinette to keep pet hair down. A pet that arrives without approval can be charged a fee of up to $399, and any pet damage is assessed against the security deposit.

Care and return
Return it clean
Clean as you received it: surfaces, kitchen and bathroom wiped down, floors swept and mopped, fridge emptied and off, trash out, pet hair removed, used linens and towels in the shower.
Empty the holding tanks
Waste tanks must be emptied before return unless you pre-pay the dumping fee.
No smoking or vaping
No cigarettes, marijuana products, vaping devices or e-cigarettes anywhere in the rig.
Nothing but toilet paper in the toilet
No sanitary products, baby wipes or flushable wipes — they damage the toilet and sewage tank.
No chlorine bleach
Bleach products damage the sewage tanks, furniture and flooring.
Keep food out of the drains
Sink drains and the gray tank can't take food debris or particles.
Paved roads only
No logging roads, forest-service roads, beaches or fields — the one exception is an unpaved road inside a licensed RV park.
Stay off the roof
Generator oil, every day
If you use the generator, check its oil daily — oil is supplied with the motorhome.
Think twice about the awnings
Awnings are easily damaged and not covered by platform insurance — damage is entirely the renter's responsibility.
Continental U.S. and Canada only
No travel into Mexico.
