Bogue Chitto Creek Park

Bogue Chitto Creek Park is a US Army Corps of Engineers site on the Alabama River Lakes. A wide concrete boat ramp, split down the middle by a raised divider, drops from a gravel and asphalt apron into calm brown water, with rock riprap armoring the bank alongside it and a short dock at the water's edge. Leafed-out hardwoods close in on both sides of the launch and continue along the opposite shore, shading the upper end of the ramp and part of the parking apron.
