Cochrane Campground Boat Ramp

Cochrane Campground Boat Ramp is a US Army Corps of Engineers launch on the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway. A broad concrete ramp runs down to a wide, flat-calm stretch of water backed by an unbroken wooded far bank. A small boat is drawn up at the waterline at the foot of the ramp. A roofed information kiosk carrying posted notices stands at the top of the ramp beside a tall light pole, and gravel and mown grass edge the paved approach.
