Coffee Mill Day Use Pass

Day use at Coffee Mill, in the National Forests and Grasslands in Texas, administered by the USDA Forest Service. A white-railed ramp runs down from the grassy bank to a floating dock, which joins an older timber pier standing on posts out in the water. The lake beyond is wide and open under clear sky, edged by a low, largely bare tree line on the far shore. The near shoreline is mown grass giving way to loose rock at the waterline, with no shade over the dock.
