New experience

Spaniard Creek Boat Ramp is a launch point on the Webbers Falls Pool of the Arkansas River, managed by the US Army Corps of Engineers. A concrete ramp runs down from a cracked asphalt approach and slides into flat, tan-green water. Dry grass and low brush grow along both sides of the approach, and a utility pole stands at the right-hand edge. The far bank is low and lined with leafless trees, with fallen timber and driftwood collected along the waterline.
